Application scope:
Used for voltage level conversion of urban power grids, 35KV and 10KV, meeting the stable power demand of large production lines and high-power equipment, adapting to harsh outdoor environments such as high altitude, frequent sandstorms, and humidity.

Application Scope of 35kV Transformers:
A 35kV transformer is a core equipment in the medium-voltage power grid, mainly used for step-down power distribution (35kV ↔ 10kV/6kV/0.4kV) and step-up grid connection (low voltage → 35kV). Its application scope covers power grids, industry, new energy, transportation, municipal engineering and other fields.
I. Power Grid Transmission and Distribution (Core Application)
– Medium and Small-Scale Substations: It realizes voltage conversion from 110kV to 35kV, then to 10kV/6kV, serving as the backbone of urban and rural distribution networks.
– Box-Type Substations/Pre-installed Substations: Directly step down 35kV to 10kV/0.4kV, applicable to residential communities, industrial parks and temporary power supply scenarios.
– Rural and Urban Power Grid Renovation: Used for distribution network construction in towns, industrial zones and load centers to improve power supply coverage and stability.
II. Industry and Mining (High-Power Scenarios)
– Metallurgy, Petrochemical, Mining, Machinery Manufacturing: 35kV power is directly supplied to factory areas, then stepped down to 10kV/6kV/380V to power large-scale motors, rolling mills, drilling rigs, compressors and other high-power equipment.
– Large-Scale Factories/Industrial Parks: Self-built 35kV substations are adopted for centralized power supply, which helps reduce line loss and ensure stable power supply for production.
III. New Energy and Small-Scale Power Generation (Step-Up Grid Connection)
– Wind and Photovoltaic Power Stations: Convert the low voltage (0.69kV/1kV) from generating units to 35kV for power collection, then connect to the public power grid.
– Small-Scale Power Plants: Including garbage power plants, straw power plants and small hydropower stations, which step up the terminal voltage (10kV) of generators to 35kV for grid connection.
IV. Transportation and Infrastructure
– Subways, Light Rail, Tunnels, Railway Stations, Airports: 35kV power supply is adopted to meet the power demand of traction systems and lighting loads.
– High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Centers, Data Centers: 35kV power is fed into the system and then stepped down to meet the high-density power consumption needs of these scenarios.
V. Special Scenarios
– Offshore Platforms, Ships, Oilfields: 35kV transformers are adapted to special environments and high-power equipment, ensuring reliable power supply in harsh working conditions.
– Box-Type/Modular Substations: Integrate 35kV transformers with switchgear for rapid deployment, suitable for emergency power supply and temporary construction sites.
VI. Typical Voltage Transformation Combinations
– Step-Down Transformation: 35kV → 10kV/6kV (mainstream in distribution networks); 35kV → 0.4kV (direct supply for low-voltage equipment).
– Step-Up Transformation: 0.69kV/10kV → 35kV (applied in new energy projects and small-scale power plants).
