Dry-type transformers also generate heat continuously during operation, and the calories of the transformer body will also continue to increase. At this point, when the heat generation reaches a certain level, cooling must be implemented. However, the cooling method of dry-type transformers is different from the main method. 1. Open type: This is also a commonly used method. Its body is in direct contact with the atmosphere and integrated into a dry and clean room. (When the ambient temperature is 20 degrees, the relative humidity of the air cannot exceed 85%). Generally speaking, there are two types of cooling methods: vapor overtemperature maintenance and air cooling.

2. Sealing type: Due to its sealing characteristics and standard deviation in heat dissipation, this type is suitable for coal mines and is explosion-proof. Therefore, the machinery and equipment are housed within a sealed enclosure, without direct contact with the gas.

3. Pouring type: The key cable sheath is made of epoxy resin adhesive or other epoxy resin adhesives, featuring a simple structure and compact size, suitable for small-sized dry-type transformers.

By adopting an intelligent data signal temperature control system, it can automatically detect and monitor the operating temperature of the three-phase winding insulation, and can automatically start and stop the centrifugal fan, accompanied by an alarm. Power supply and other function settings can also be shut down;
