When the dry-type transformer is turned on, many winding wires can be seen. The winding of dry-type transformers has a certain periodicity. What are the important directions and winding methods for winding wires in dry-type transformers

1. The wiring is evenly and tightly arranged;

2. The wiring is not tied, frameless, overlapping, and the previous layer does not sink into the next layer.

Uniform winding means that the distance between the lines is approximately the same, and all winding areas are fully wrapped. The starting line should be close to the end control tape, but it is not allowed to use the upper control tape. The precautions for wire wrapping include:

Wrap the thread around all the winding areas; The distance between the lines is approximately the same in the middle; The starting line is wrapped with end control tape and there is no upper control.

Two or more wires should be wound around the same set of wires in the vertical plane, and each wire should be wound around its own vertical plane. The wire should not be framed or hung on the wrong pin. The incoming and outgoing wires should be angled.

This winding method can be roughly divided into four situations, one group winding; Different groups and circles; Several go around together; Different groups or a group of double winding.

The dry-type transformer line should be tightly placed in the middle of the line, and the coil inductance axis should not be layered or framed. For example, when one layer is tightly wound, there should be no second layer, and there should be no gaps or framed lines between the cable digital TV and the line.
