    1. What types of transformers do you manufacture?
    We manufacture 6kV–110kV oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, on-load tap changer transformers, distribution transformers, power transformers and box-type substations for industrial, utility, renewable-energy and infrastructure projects.
    2. Can you customize transformers for specific projects?
    Yes. We support OEM and ODM customization, including rated capacity, voltage ratio, impedance, vector group, tap range, cooling method, winding material, protection devices, accessories and special environmental requirements.
    3. Which standards do your transformers comply with?
    Our transformers can be designed and manufactured according to applicable IEC, ISO, GB/T and project-specific standards. We can also adapt products to local grid requirements in different countries.
    4. What information is required for a transformer quotation?
    Please provide the rated capacity, primary and secondary voltage, frequency, phase, vector group, impedance, tap range, cooling method, installation conditions, applicable standards, quantity and destination country. A single-line diagram is also helpful.
    5. What is your typical production lead time?
    For standard and eligible customized projects, the typical production time is approximately 3–5 weeks after technical specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. Complex high-voltage projects may require additional time.
    6. Do you export transformers internationally?
    Yes. XNET has supplied transformer products to customers in more than 30 countries. We provide export packaging, shipping coordination, technical documents and project support for international orders.
    7. Can your transformers be used in solar and renewable-energy projects?
    Yes. Our transformers are used in solar power stations, wind-energy projects, energy-storage systems and other renewable-energy applications. Voltage ratio, cooling and grid-connection parameters can be customized for each project.
    8. How do you control transformer quality?
    We use structured production and inspection procedures, advanced winding equipment and professional testing systems. Each transformer is tested according to the confirmed technical specification before shipment.
    9. Do you provide technical drawings and test reports?
    Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide outline drawings, technical datasheets, nameplate drawings, wiring diagrams, routine test reports, operation manuals and other required documents.
    10. What after-sales support do you provide?
    We provide technical consultation, installation guidance, operation support, troubleshooting assistance and spare-parts coordination. The exact service scope is confirmed according to the contract and project requirements.
