Product Introduction
The zs, zsf, zsz, and zsa series of medium frequency furnace transformers are widely used in silicon-controlled grid circuits, silicon rectifier power supply, and are commonly applied in the smelting of aluminum, magnesium, and zinc, the production of nitric acid, chemicals, and pesticides, as well as electrolysis, electroplating, traction, and other processes. With voltage levels ranging from 6 to 35kv, frequencies of 50-60hz, and capacities of 30-20000kva, these transformers can be equipped with electrostatic shielding between the primary and secondary coils (grid side and valve side). We can design and manufacture two sets of secondary windings with phase differences of 30°, 15°, and ±7.5° for grid transformers used in six-phase grid and twelve-phase rectification.
